Following are the instructions and trip schedule.
Friday morning December 3rd - 0730 Bus departs from the Hudson Holiday Inn located at Route 8 and the Ohio Turnpike. Bring a packed lunch, and snacks to share on the bus, AND a food item to share at the tailgate.
Bus arrives in Philadelphia between 1630 and 1700.
Hospitality Suite that evening in the hotel.
Saturday morning December 4 - 0700 breakfast in the hotel (there is a $20/person charge for breakfast for anyone not participating in the bus trip)
Depart for stadium 0830
Tailgate begins at 0900 - the bus should be parked along 11th Street. Tell your mids to look for the Ohio flag if they are planning to meet us.
MARCH ON begins at 1145 so we will be packing up and heading to the stadium at 1100
Navy beats Army!!
Meet back at the bus - we will bring any Mids who need a ride to the hotel back on the bus with us.
A Hospitality Suite bus will bring our Mids back to catch busses to the Academy that evening.
Sunday December 5th Gear stowed on bus no later than 0830 - depart at 0845
Remember to dress in layers. Other helpful things you might want to bring - depending on the weather
-plastic seat cushion
-stadium blanket
-hand and feet warmers
-Thermacare wraps (I heard these are awesome for keeping warm)
and
an "I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN" attitude!
